Surf Winter asked for a campaign that not only demonstrated a deep understanding of the core athletes who wear their apparel and gear, but also showed that they share the ocean with them in its harshest conditions. We paired breathtaking, expansive landscape photography with intentionally distant subjects to evoke a sense of isolation, scale, and intensity. Because sharing the most extraordinary experiences often requires finding a rare kind of person willing to pursue them with you. In this case, crazy ones.
